The NASA Exoplanet Archive is an internet database of the exoplanets discovered to date. It contains a large number of parameters per planet, including discovery year, orbital period, mass & radius (if available), and stellar parameters.
The list of planets can be filtered by every available parameter. The website also contains a tool for plotting diagrams of the planets, as well as a large number of premade plots. The archive can also be downloaded in .csv format so you can run your own analyses.
The archive is hosted and maintained by the NASA Exoplanet Science Institute at Caltech.
